What do you have to do to use this service?

If you are already registered as BACS User with your bank you will have a 6 digit BACS User Number, this will need to be assigned to our BAB Number. This is a simple process and we will provide you with the relevant information.

DCS Payroll Limited is a commercial BACS bureau, approved by BACS Ltd, and as such is subject to regular inspection and an annual audit. The BACS inspection checks the bureau in five main areas: Organisation and Policies; Physical Security; Computer Operations; Systems and Application Support; BACS Operations and Procedures. It is a comprehensive audit that requires strict control and monitoring of standards.

Sending your employees payments via our BACS system couldnt be easier.

Before we can send your payments you will need to have a BACS user number. Your bank will issue you with this number.

All you need to do first is request a BACS application form from your sponser bank.
